Bonsai Tree

If you are considering a Bonsai Tree for a personal household plant, or a gift for someone you care about, you should be aware of the many species available and what each entails as far as maintenance and watering. Watering your bonsai tree can be different from other plants, as the soil is loose and tends to pass water through and not retain as much as regular plant soil. When thinking about a watering schedule for your bonsai tree, factor in the type of tree, what time of year, and where is your tree kept. Watering your bonsai tree in the morning is your best best, and keeping an eye on how much like your bonsai gets is also a factor. A tree tat is getting lots of light will need more water than one that is mostly shaded. Also, use room temperature water, as cold tap water will “shock” some bonsai trees.
