Bonsai Ficus

Ficus Bonsai — admin on June 23, 2008 at 8:17 am

I have written about the bonsai ficus in earlier posts, but I figured I would talk some more about this great tree. This type of bonsai is probably the most popular of the indoor variety. The ficus is known for indoor gardening as it will not survive outdoors. All you really need to do in order to keep your ficus in good health is too water every other day or so. This tree is very easy to care for and a little pruning now and again is good too. You should re-pot your ficus about every 2 years to allow for some good growth and the best time to re-pot is during the early spring months. You can find some great ficus tree’s online at Bonsai Boy.com. They have a great selection of trees, accessories and so much more.

Ficus Bonsai

Having a ficus bonsai is a very popular choice for a lot of bonsai tree owners. I own a ficus bonsai and I have had it for almost two years now and I love it. My ficus bonsai tree has been growing very good and we don’t even trim it often. We just keep it watered and near the sun and it has been a great addition to our indoor garden. You must keep a small ficus bonsai tree inside at all times and watch when it is outgrowing its pot. The leaves on a ficus bonsai are very smooth and small and they don’t fall off. This bonsai tree is very pretty and is a great addition to any home.
